FAQs

  • We specialize in whole-person support throughout fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting phases. We offer medical, lactation, emotional, and lifestyle guidance in order to bridge the gaps between your traditional healthcare visits.

Our services are designed for anyone navigating fertility, pregnancy, or the postpartum period—whether it’s your first or fourth child. We also support those preventing pregnancy, considering future pregnancies or recovering from pregnancy loss.

Our services are not a replacement for the care of your OB, midwife, or pediatrician. We work with your existing team to enhance—not replace— your overall care to create the most complete and personalized experience possible. Think of us an added layer of support for the parts of your journey that don’t fit neatly into a 10-minute office visit.

  • Patients are seen virtually and in-person Monday through Thursday between 9:30am to about 6pm, depending on location. Messaging is available these hours Monday - Friday, with responses provided within 72 hrs. If you are seeking care outside of standard hours - for example, after work - feel free to send a message to discuss options.

Please note: We are not an emergency service, so we may not be available outside of the hours above. If you feel that you are having an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

If you are overwhelmed or in emotional distress, help is available:

  • We value care in the format that best fits your life and learning - virtually, in office and in-home.
